Why we describe these facts carefully

Environmental terms can depend on the complete product, packaging components, disposal conditions and local collection systems. Plant-based does not automatically mean that a finished product is biodegradable under every condition. FSC® certification does not automatically establish 100% recyclability or completely plastic-free construction.

We use narrow, verifiable wording while current product and packaging evidence is reviewed. If stronger environmental claims are introduced in the future, they should be supported by documentation applicable to the exact product, packaging and market.
